| Tavern"Djambazki" | The tavern offers a traditional bulgarian cuisine and disposes with a garden, oven and a "bridge of sighs". | ||
| Outdoor swimming pool | Swimming pool’s dimensions- 10.00m x 5.00m with a children’s sector 2.50m x 2.50m by NOLA 7 and is heated by solar collectors. | ||
| Finnish sauna | Classic Finnish Sauna /2.50m X 2.50m/ suitable for 1-4 persons by HARVIA Sauna. | ||
| Jacuzzi | Mini pool "Malibu 844SE" by Canadian company CanSpa for hydro- and aero- massage, suitable for 1-6 persons by Hydrosystems. | ||
| Rooms | Rooms are with two or three beds and a private bathroom. | ||
| Apartments | Apartments consist of two rooms /with two and three beds/, two water closets and a bathroom. | ||
| Hot water | It is heated up by solar collectors APEX MM and the heating system. | ||
| Heating system | Local heating system with insulation system by BAUMIT. | ||
| Vacation of the rooms | Rooms will be at your disposal by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. | ||
| Restrictions |  Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. |
 No pets are permitted on the property. |
 No food can be prepared by the guests either in the tavern or in the rooms. |
